Food on the manaslu circuit trek is simple, nourishing and tailored to sustain trekkers through long days of hiking. Meals are typically served in a tea house along the route. The dining experience focuses on authentic local cuisine, offering hearty meals like dal bhat, soups, Tibetan breads, momo etc. other common options are porridge, eggs, noodles and potato based dishes.hot beverages like tea, coffee are widely available. As the altitude increases, the variety of food decreases due to transportation challenges, but meals remains hearty and sufficient. Packaged snacks energy bars can be purchased in villages, though they are expensive in higher altitude. Trekkers are suggested to carry snacks and drink a lot of water to stayed hydrated.
Accommodation on the manaslu circuit trek is provided in tea houses and lodges managed by local families unless trekkers opt tented camping. Most of the lodges offers basic facilities with a communal area heated by a central stove. The bedrooms include two simple beds with mattress and pillows.
