Description

There is no better introduction to Himalayan climbing than this expedition program and mostly considered as the ultimate goal for new as well as experienced climbers. We will climb three stunning 20,000-foot (6000+-meter) summits that provide some of the world’s most breathtaking scenery. Trek through the Everest region’s undiscovered treasures, including as Gokyo Lake and three high crossings, by joining this excursion. Discover the Sherpa culture and the mountains, and take in the breathtaking ascent of Mera Peak (6,476m), Island Peak (6189m), and Lobuche East (6119m).

Five 8,000-meter summits—Mt. Everest, Lhotse, Cho Oyu, Makalu, and Kangchenjunga—as well as numerous other Himalayan peaks may be seen from the top of Mera Peak. Of the three 6000M+ peaks in this expedition, Island Peak 6189M is the most technically challenging.

Climbers will ascend or descend a sheer 90-degree wall shortly before or after the peak after traversing the narrow openings via a steel ladder. Another 6000-meter summit on the itinerary that is moderate but tricky is Lobuche summit.

Island Peak is the most difficult climb of the Three Peaks of Nepal Expedition, which includes climbing that is somewhat difficult.
