Description
Langtang valley trekking trail is located a bit north of Kathmandu valley, one of the most beautiful valley of all time and is easily accessible by drive to Syabrubesi trail-head of the trek. Langtang National Park is home to several species of endangered wild animal like red panda, musk deer, Himalayan black bear, snow leopard, wild goat and many different kind of Birds. Mainly in spring open meadow lands are carpeted with variety of alpine wildflowers and the forest are multi-colored with colorful rhododendron, orchids, magnolia and many other floral species. The major attraction of the trek is Langtang valley and Kyanjin Gompa trekking trails follow through a sub-tropical dense forest and pine tree before the valley opens out to further of Langtang village, then the trail gradually drops into the subalpine meadows of open barren yak pasture. The picturesque scenery of the snow clad peaks, Langtang Lirung (7,246m), Dorje Lakpa (6,966m) and other Himalayan peak always the main attractions. This trek is taken to visit some beautiful parts around Kyanjin Gompa.
