This trek lasts for 7 days. It start’s from Kathmandu and ends in Kathmandu.

- Day(1) Drive from kathmandu to Dhap Bazzar 2850m, driving distance:240km, 8hrs
- Day(2) Trek from Dhap to Jhapre 2815m,14 km, 5/6 hrs
- Day(3)Trek from Jhapre to Pikey peak base camp 3640m, 13.73km, 5/6 hrs
- Day(4) Trek from pikey peak base camp to Pikey peak summit view point 4065m, and back to Jase Bhanjyang 3520m, 7km , 4/5 hrs
- Day(5) Trek from Jase Bhanjyang to Junbesi 2680m, 11.2 km, 5/6 hrs
- Day(6) Trek from Junbesi to Phaplu 2380m, 13.26km, 5/6 hrs

Food and accommodations:
During the pikey peaks trek food and accommodation is generally provided by local tea house along the route. Here, the options are quite basic as compared to towns but they are nutritious and suitable for trekking.
For breakfast, you can expect options like porridge, Tibetan bread, pancakes, toast, and eggs that are often served with hot beverages like tea, coffee etc. whereas lunch and dinner generally feature Nepali staple dish dal Bhat i.e. rice, lentils and vegetables served with pickles. You can also find other option of Nepali cuisine like Momo, noodles, fried rice and soups. Dal Bhat is the most popular and recommended dish among trekkers as its energy rich and full filling. Snacks like chocolates instant noodles energy bars can be found along the trek but it can be little pricy as challenges of transporting supplies to remote areas.
For accommodation this trail relay on tea houses and guest houses that offers basic needs and facilities. Rooms generally contains two simple beds, mattresses and blankets.
